For Your Dining Pleasure

Oh, how I love guesses! Thanks for those Word of the Week guesses. Well, vacuum was a good thought (especially if you get the chance to see the broom handle-glasses case "vacuum" I rigged up for the Bunny), however, mack-a-doo-ah is actually "motorcycle"! No real idea why, but she is consistent with it (actually, sometimes it's mack-a-nook-ah, too).

The same child who now says, clear as day, "get it", "open it", "cover it", and "help me" calls a motorcycle a mack-a-doo-ah. Gotta love it! She's also taken to saying "Everybody!" when she wants me and Alex to join her in imaginary piano-playing on the kitchen table.

She is now getting her first boulders, er, molars, pushing up under her little gums, thus the Sleep Fairy has left our house once again, but those teeth are right on schedule!

And she is still a great, healthy eater, feasting on veggies, fruits, beans, eggs, soy and non-wheat whole grains. There is now no food in these categories she does not like (knock wood!)!

No mystery word of the week has emerged yet, but I have a current favorite: "applecups" for applesauce (which we often give her in little to-go cups when we're out and about)!
