Kallan At Play

PaDa got some great shots of our play-boy, Kal. KJ's latest: he climbs anything and everything! He'll scale any height at the playground, then scoots around backwards to slide down (um, this means slides and just openings, eek!).

He cannot get enough of water -- yells "Baaaaaaa!" the minute we mention "bath" at dinner, then more as he climbs the steps and heads straight to the bathtub. Doesn't mind water over his head, in his face, and stands up, crawls, splashes in the tub.

Other words now "peeehhhh!" (pear), mama, dada, "dedda" (Senna), and bubble. He also makes a "ffff" sound for "woof" when he sees a dog, and a screech when he sees any kind of bird (also says "buh! buh!" for birds in the sky). Pretty mellow still, but will give you a good shriek and a hearty bop if he doesn't get his way (we're working on it...).

Mostly, he is just constant physical energy, climbing, climbing, climbing...
